A 43-year-old man working as a peon in a college in Rohini was arrested on Thursday for allegedly molesting a four-year-old woman scholar, police mentioned right here.
In a criticism lodged on the South Rohini police station on Wednesday, the kid’s mom accused the person of molesting her daughter a day again, they mentioned.
Based on the criticism, a case was registered below IPC part 354B (assault or use of legal power to lady with intent to disrobe) and part 10 (punishment for aggravated sexual assault) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, a senior police officer mentioned.
