After PM’s directive, BJP plans mega minority outreach: 60 Lok Sabha seats in focus

Among the Lok Sabha seats recognized, there are 13 every from Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, 5 from Jammu and Kashmir, 4 from Bihar, six every from Kerala and Assam, three from Madhya Pradesh, two every from Telangana and Haryana, and one every from Maharashtra and Lakshadweep.

The West Bengal constituencies on the BJP checklist embody Behrampur (64 per cent minority inhabitants, Jangipur (60 per cent), Murshidabad (59 per cent), and Jaynagar (30 per cent).
