The Jharkhand High Court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of Pankaj Mishra, the previous political consultant of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, in a cash laundering case associated to unlawful mining.
Mr Mishra was arrested in July final yr by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Justice Gautam Kumar Choudhary dismissed Mr Mishra’s bail software after listening to arguments within the case.
