Bureaucrat Shares Pic Of Old Indian Coins, Internet Says “Gone Are The Beautiful Era Of 90s”

Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Awanish Sharan often shares fascinating posts that pique the curiosity of web customers. This time, Mr Sharan took to Twitter to share an image that left customers, particularly 90s children, nostalgic. 

The IAS officer posted a picture exhibiting six completely different Indian paise minted for the reason that 12 months 1968. In the caption, he requested his followers if that they had purchased one thing with them. “Which of those cash have you ever purchased one thing with?” Mr Sharan wrote in Hindi.

Mr Sharan shared the image only a few hours in the past and since then his put up has collected a couple of million views and over 15,000 likes. Netizens have been fast to react within the remark part. While some shared recollections of shopping for one thing with the denominations, others merely wrote, “gone are the gorgeous period of 90s”. 

“God! So outdated. I bear in mind we used to get chingum for 20 paise,” wrote one consumer. “50 paise – Eclairs, Paan pasand, mango chew,” commented one other. 

A 3rd consumer mentioned, “You missed 1 Paisa coin I suppose. I had 10 such at school I and I felt I used to be a really wealthy particular person. Those have been the times,” whereas a fourth added, “Nostalgia sir.. Sabhi use Kiya Hai (Have used all of them).”
