Officials of Delhi Police yesterday arrested a 20-year-old man for allegedly ramming his four-wheeler right into a three-and-a-half-year-old lady, who succumbed to accidents.
Samark Malik (20) is the son of an Indian Air Force officer.
Delhi Police mentioned the driving force is in custody and the car has been seized.
Based on a grievance by the lady’s mom, police arrested the Group Captain’s son.
The police acquired a grievance on February 26 at 5.20 pm from RML Hospital concerning the accident of a three-and-a-half-year-old lady, who was declared useless.
“On the grievance of the mom, who’s a home assist in Arjan Vihar, an FIR beneath 279/304A sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) was registered,” Delhi Police mentioned.
“The accused driver, Samark, took the injured lady alongside together with her household to Delhi Cantt. Hospital, and DDU Hospital after which to RML Hospital earlier than the sufferer was declared introduced useless,” police added.
