The incident occurred after a journey vlogger launched an undated video, displaying the store proprietor in Calangute, North Goa expressing assist for the Pakistan cricket staff. It seems that the video was filmed throughout a match between Pakistan and New Zealand.

On Thursday, a bunch of people confronted the store proprietor after a video of him went viral, questioning him for his alleged assist of Pakistan. As of now, no formal grievance has been lodged with the native police relating to this incident.
