A 23-year-old man was discovered hanging from a ceiling fan of a resort at Devli Road, knowledgeable Delhi Police officers on Tuesday.
He was recognized as Rahul.
“On the intervening night time of March 12 and 13, a PCR name for hanging was obtained by Neb Sarai police station from a resort at Devli Road. Police reached the spot and located a person hanging from the ceiling fan of a room,” an officer stated.
Further, in line with the police, the Crime group inspected the physique, which was then despatched to the mortuary of AIIMS, Delhi for conducting due proceedings below Section 174 of CrPC.
When the police checked the CCTV footage of the resort, they discovered {that a} man, clad within the Delhi Police uniform, had entered the resort.
“It was later discovered {that a} man in Delhi Police uniform had entered the resort and launched himself as Constable Nabab, posted in Jyoti Nagar police station. However, he failed to supply any identification card,” the officer stated.
A case of impersonation has been registered in opposition to him.
