A 24-year-old welder working at a flyover development web site was decapitated after he was hit by a truck in east Delhi’s Vivek Vihar space, police mentioned on Thursday.
The lifeless was recognized as Kapil Kumar, a resident of Shamli district in Uttar Pradesh, they mentioned.
The incident passed off round 1 am on Wednesday. Kapil Kumar was working between iron angles on the flyover development web site when a truck hit him. He received caught within the iron angles and his head was lower off, the police mentioned.
The truck driver, Sakir (30) of Rajasthan’s Alwar, was caught by the locals and later handed over to the police, they mentioned.
A case has been registered within the matter, they mentioned.
