“Are Narendra Modi and the BJP the only Hindus in India? Aren’t we Hindus? Is there any Indian government job for four years? My grandfather was martyred in the 1962 war, why would I insult the Army,” clarified Bihar minister Surendra Prasad Yadav on Friday.
Yadav confronted assault after he questioned the Centre’s Agnipath scheme, saying “eight-and-a-half years later, the country will have an army of eunuchs”. While Yadav’s personal celebration distanced from his assertion, the BJP stated it displays his “psychological imbalance”.
“Exactly eight-and-a-half years from now, the nation can have a military of eunuchs. All the previous people who find themselves at the moment serving within the Army will retire. The youths who’re being recruited as Agniveers for a interval of four-and-a-half years, their coaching won’t be full. AGNIPATH SCHEME
