No proof that China will facet with Russia in conflict with Ukraine: US President Joe Biden

US President Joe Biden stated there isn’t any proof that China will facet with Russia within the conflict with Ukraine.

By Press Trust of India: There is not any proof that China would facet with Russia in its conflict towards Ukraine, US President Joe Biden has stated.

“There’s no evidence of that so far,” Biden informed reporters on Friday when requested if he’s nervous that China will facet with Russia within the ongoing conflict.

Biden stated that he had an extended dialog along with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping about this in the summertime.

“There’s no evidence he’s done it yet,” stated the US President.

The Pentagon informed reporters that it has not seen China supplying deadly support to Russia.

Pentagon’s Press Secretary Air Force Brigadier General Pat Ryder stated that China, which clearly has superior capabilities, munitions, has publicly declared its neutrality, to now take a facet and primarily say “we wish to be within the camp that is seeking to extinguish Ukraine as a nation”.

US Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield informed MSNBC in an interview that the Biden Administration has made it clear to the Chinese that it mustn’t get entangled on this conflict within the sense of offering deadly weapons to the Russians.

They have been informed that it will be a recreation changer and it will be one thing the US would have critical considerations about.

“They’ve not done that so far, and we hope that the message to them gets through,” she stated.
