Punjab Engineering Student Navjot Singh Stabbed To Death On University Campus: Cops

A scholar was stabbed to dying on the campus of Panjabi University right here following a quarrel on Monday, police mentioned.   

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Varun Sharma mentioned the scholar has been recognized as Navjot Singh (20), a scholar within the sixth semester, of village Sangatpur close to Nabha on this district.      
       
He was a pc science engineering scholar.

Mr Sharma mentioned there have been a number of outsiders on the campus who received into an argument that adopted the stabbing incident.  

Police mentioned that the sufferer had suffered a number of accidents and was taken to a dispensary.

“They shifted him to Rajindra hospital because the stab wounds had led to main lack of blood. He died throughout remedy,” mentioned the SSP.      

Mr Sharma mentioned the college has submitted the CCTV footage of the incident to the police.         

Officials mentioned the scholar was a scholar.
