The glass home windows of a Vande Bharat Express had been broken after some folks threw stones on the high-speed prepare in Bengaluru, the South Western Railways stated in a press release right now.
The prepare was travelling from Karnataka’s Mysuru to Tamil Nadu’s capital Chennai. No one was injured, the railways stated, including a police case has been filed.
“Two home windows of a coach of prepare No. 20608 Mysuru-Chennai Vande Bharat Express had been broken when some miscreants pelted stones on the prepare. The incident occurred right now between Krishnarajapuram and Bengaluru Cantonment railway stations,” the South Western Railways stated.

Frequent incidents of individuals throwing stones at passing Vande Bharat Express trains have been reported lately.
The Railway Protection Force filed 21 circumstances of stone-throwing at trains in January and 13 such circumstances in February within the Bengaluru division of the South Western Railways.
